Oil dewatering system E20

Dewatering system for removal of non-emulsified water from hydraulic oils, transformer oils, turbine oils, lubrication oils and other mineral oils. The dewatering system E20 removes non-emulsified water down to less than 500 ppm from all kind of oils. The lifetime of the oil can be extended. The lubrication capability is improved. Machine trouble is reduced.

The oil mixed with water is pumped through a dewatering element. The dewatering element is equipped with fibres that are able to absorb water. The small water droplets that are distributed in the oil are absorbed by the filter material. The oil will flow through the pores of the filter element while the water remains the filter material. Because of absorbing water the fibres of the filter material will expand and the filter pores will become smaller. The differential pressure in the filter element will rise. As soon as the filter element is saturated with water waters the dewatering element has to be exchanged. By removing the water in the oil continuously the lifetime of the oil can be extended.
